聚焦糖基化修饰对呼吸系统疾病的调控,从细胞内糖基化修饰和细胞外糖基化修饰两方面入手,剖析了细胞内糖基化修饰在肺炎、肺纤维化当中的重要作用,并阐明了其分子机制。
开发了细胞外糖修饰在外泌体靶向给药方面的应用,筛选出肺靶向的药物递送系统,为肺部相关疾病提供了扎实的理论基础和有效的治疗工具。
